      'Mrs. Lucy Katherine Featherston, 86, of Cleveland, Miss., formerly of Caruthersville, died Feb. 26, 1989 at Cleveland. Born Dec. 4, 1902 in Crockett County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Edward and Lee Patrick Holmon. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Gibson County, Tennessee She is survived by one son, Harry Featherston of Boyle, Miss.; Two daughters, Mrs. E.C. Gurley of Hayti and Mrs. Nathan Jordan of Ocean Springs, Miss.; One sister, Mrs. Beatrice White of Friendship, Tennessee; Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euell Lesley Featherston. Services were March 1 at 2 p.m. at H.S. Smith Funeral Home chapel in Caruthersville, the Rev. Remel Grey officiating, with burial in Maple Cemetery.' Democrat Argus - Caruthersville, Missouri - March 9, 1989
