      Edwin Thomas "Bus" Barton, born near Gatesville, Coryell, Texas, was the son of John William Barton and Delila Dossey Barton. He had two older sisters, one younger sister and three younger brothers.

      Edwin Thomas "Bus" Barton married Frances Marie Brownfield about 1935. They had, at least, four children.

      Informant on Texas Death Certificate was Mrs. Dean Barton. I do not know how this person was related to Edwin Thomas "Bus" Barton.

      His headstone erroneously shows his birth as May 20, 1907 instead of the correct date of May 26, 1907 as per his death certificate and Social Security Death Index record.
